Delivery Information

Our estimated Delivery Times for normal stock lines are: Two working days.

IGOAL Europe are committed to providing an exceptional service and under normal conditions all stock items will be delivered as promised. Delays may at times be unavoidable due to adverse weather, availability of stock, or other conditions outside our control. Any problems with a delivery contact sales@igoaleurope.com.


The products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. During this period products will be replaced free of charge providing that:-

  • The fault is not limited to the net only
  • The product is returned to original supplier with proof of purchase
  • The product has been purchased by the user and not used for hire purposes
  • The product has been used according to instructions and warnings provided at time of purchase and has not been misused or handled carelessly; and
  • Repairs have not been attempted

Goalpost Returns

All faulty goods are subject to checks by IGOAL trained staff and in the first instance any faults should be reported direct to either the office contacts.

Should the goal need to be returned through no fault of IGOAL Europe, a 20 € re-stocking fee will be charged, which covers transportation and checking in the warehouse.

Any goals that are returned in an unfit state will result in a refund being denied. Full details of returns procedure can be obtained from the Redyset office or via sales@igoaleurope.com.
